This is our registered business address for correspondence. It is not a shop or a returns address. If you need to send an item back, contact us first and we will give you the correct return address for that item.

What to include

You will get a faster and more useful answer if you tell us:

  • Your order number, if your question is about an existing order
  • The name of the fixture, if your question is about a specific product
  • For a damage or fault report, a photograph of the item and of the packaging it arrived in
  • For a "will this work?" question, roughly where it is going and whether that spot is exposed or sheltered

Before you order

If you are unsure whether a fitting suits your wall, your weather or your wiring, ask first. Outdoor lighting is easy to get wrong on paper and awkward to return once it has been drilled to a wall. We would rather spend ten minutes on the question.
