Payment Policy

Payment methods we accept

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which typically include major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets supported by our payment provider. The full list of methods available to you is displayed on the checkout page before you pay.

Currency

All prices on this site are listed and charged in US dollars. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will convert the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. We do not offer part payment or payment on delivery.

Payment security

Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments and the other providers listed at checkout. Card details are entered directly into the payment provider's encrypted checkout and are never stored on our servers or visible to us.

Taxes and duties

Any sales tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Our fixtures are made by workshops in China and ship direct. Any customs duties or import taxes that apply when your parcel arrives are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by the destination country, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. Declines are decided by your bank or card issuer, and we are not told the reason. Check your card details and available balance, then try again or use a different method. If the problem continues, contact your bank.

Pricing errors

We take care to price everything correctly. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price. We will contact you if this happens.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy.
